This policy explains how Technalism handles cancellations, failed report delivery, and refund requests for its paid PDF report.
Technalism offers a free on-screen website analysis experience and an optional paid PDF report priced at ₹11. Because the PDF report is a digital product delivered electronically after payment verification, refund and cancellation handling differs from physical goods and conventional services. This policy is intended to provide clarity about when a refund may be considered, when a cancellation is possible, and what users should do if they experience a payment or delivery problem.
Nature of the Product
The Technalism PDF report is a digital document generated from the analysis data associated with a specific job ID. It contains a structured summary of the readiness score, site metrics, required pages review, originality indicators, and improvement suggestions shown by the platform. Because the report is digital, generated on demand, and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. This is an important factor in our refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time before completing payment. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, simply do not complete the payment flow. No charge will be collected by Technalism for an abandoned or incomplete transaction. Once payment is completed successfully through the payment gateway, the order enters the digital fulfillment stage and cannot be treated as a pre-payment cancellation.
No Refund After Successful Download
Once a PDF report has been successfully generated and made available for download after payment confirmation, the purchase is considered fulfilled. Because the product is a low-cost digital report delivered immediately, no refund will be issued after successful download or successful access to the report file. This policy helps prevent abuse of digital delivery while keeping the service simple and affordable for all users.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in limited situations where payment was successfully completed but the PDF report was not generated or could not be delivered because of a verified technical failure on our side. Examples may include a confirmed payment success with no report generation, a broken post-payment redirect that prevents access, or a server-side issue that stops the report from being created even though the transaction was completed. Refunds are not granted because a user is dissatisfied with the score, expected a different result, misunderstood the purpose of the service, or decided not to use the report after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email contact@technalism.com with your job ID, payment reference if available, the date and approximate time of payment, and a short explanation of the issue. If possible, include screenshots that show the payment confirmation or the page where the delivery problem occurred. This helps us verify the transaction and investigate the fulfillment issue quickly.
Review and Processing Time
Once we receive a complete refund request, we will review the relevant payment and job records to determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy. If a refund is approved, processing usually takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on the payment gateway, banking network, and original payment method used. Please note that approval of a refund request is not automatic and depends on our verification of the underlying technical or transactional issue.
Situations That Do Not Qualify
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations: the PDF report was successfully downloaded; the user simply changed their mind after payment; the user disagrees with the analysis findings; the website content changed after the report was generated; or the user failed to follow the required payment or download steps even though the service was functioning normally. Refunds are also not issued for delays caused by third-party banking systems once a report has already been generated and made available properly.
Payment Issues
If payment appears to have been deducted but the report is not available, please contact us before attempting multiple duplicate payments. In many cases, the issue may be resolved by verifying the payment status and reconnecting the completed transaction to the correct report job. Where duplicate charges are confirmed for the same report under circumstances that indicate a technical issue, we will review the matter fairly and take appropriate action based on the transaction records.

Technalism may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational improvements, payment flow changes, or compliance requirements. The latest version published on the site will govern future transactions unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend reviewing this page periodically if you use the service regularly.
