These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Technalism, including the website, analysis engine, related content, downloadable PDF reports, and associated customer support services. By accessing the Technalism platform, submitting a website for analysis, or completing a payment for a PDF report, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the service.

1. About Technalism

Technalism is a website analysis platform designed to help publishers and website owners evaluate how prepared their website may be for Google AdSense approval. The service performs automated checks relating to trust pages, content depth, originality indicators, security signals, domain data, ad-related indicators, and related review factors. Technalism provides informational output intended to support decision-making, but it does not represent, replace, or guarantee approval by Google AdSense or any third-party advertising platform.

2. Description of Service

The core Technalism service includes a website analysis workflow that users may access through the public interface by entering a domain name and allowing the platform to process publicly available site data. Users can review analysis results directly on the website without charge. Technalism also offers a paid downloadable PDF report for ₹11 per report. This PDF contains a branded summary of the analysis, including key scores, metrics, findings, and suggestions based on the available data processed during the scan.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You agree to use Technalism only for lawful purposes and only in relation to websites you own, manage, audit, or are otherwise authorized to review. You are responsible for ensuring that the domain you submit is accurate and that your use of the service does not violate contractual obligations, privacy commitments, or applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service by attempting to overload the platform, interfere with payment systems, reverse engineer protected elements, or use automated scripts in a way that disrupts normal operation.

4. Payment Terms

The website analysis interface is free to use for viewing on-screen results. The downloadable PDF report is a paid digital product priced at ₹11 per report. Each purchase is linked to a specific generated analysis and is intended for that transaction only. PDF purchases are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and may not be assigned to another user, domain, or order. By initiating payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you understand the charge applies only to the PDF report associated with the selected analysis job.

5. Payment Processing

Technalism uses third-party payment processing providers, including Cashfree, to process transactions securely. We do not control payment gateway availability, banking network delays, or errors originating from third-party infrastructure. A PDF report will be made available only after payment is verified successfully through the payment gateway workflow. If a transaction is incomplete, pending, failed, reversed, or declined, Technalism reserves the right to withhold report download access until the payment status is confirmed as successful.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation handling is governed by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because the downloadable PDF report is a digital product generated on demand, refunds are limited to specific situations such as successful payment without proper report generation or delivery. No user should assume an automatic refund right outside the scope of the published refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design elements, branding, scoring logic, text structure, downloadable report format, and underlying platform components associated with Technalism remain the intellectual property of Technalism or its licensors. Your use of the service does not grant ownership or license rights except for the limited right to access the website and download a purchased PDF report for your own internal informational use. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, modify, republish, or commercially exploit the service content, code, or generated report format without prior written consent.

8. Accuracy and Informational Nature

Technalism is an automated evaluation tool that operates on publicly accessible information and internally designed heuristics. Although we aim to provide useful and reliable output, we do not warrant that every score, recommendation, detected page, domain detail, originality indication, or policy observation will always be complete, correct, or current. Results may vary depending on server accessibility, temporary website behavior, robots restrictions, third-party dependencies, dynamic rendering, content changes, and other technical constraints. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating their website before making business or compliance decisions.

9. No Guarantee of AdSense Approval

Technalism does not represent Google, Google AdSense, or any other advertising network. The service does not offer official certification, approval pre-clearance, or any guaranteed outcome. Even a strong score or favorable report does not guarantee approval by Google AdSense, and a low score does not necessarily mean a site will be rejected. Final approval decisions are made entirely by the relevant advertising platform according to its own policies, systems, and review process.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Technalism to engage in fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized scraping of our service, abusive automated access, malicious testing intended to degrade performance, credential harvesting, intellectual property infringement, unlawful surveillance, spam generation, or any use that violates applicable law or harms other users. We also prohibit misuse of the platform to generate misleading compliance claims or deceptive commercial representations about third-party approval status.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep Technalism available and functional, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The platform may be unavailable temporarily because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, payment gateway downtime, software bugs, network interruptions, security incidents, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service, including PDF downloads, at any time with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technalism shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, advertising rejection, reputational harm, or interruption arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid PDF report shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant transaction, namely ₹11, except where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Technalism for users who misuse the platform, violate these terms, attempt to interfere with security controls, engage in unlawful conduct, or create operational risk for the service. Termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the platform, payment systems, users, or legal interests. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute handling shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of Technalism shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
